Nighthawk Predator II .45 ACP Pistol

For shooters looking for a 1911 which will afford a clear advantage in a defensive situation, or who simply want something special that they can enjoy shooting thousands of rounds through, Nighthawk’s Predator series is certainly worthy of strong consideration. The Predator series shares the specifications of Nighthawk’s Talon family, differing in the barrel.

Nighthawk begins with their one-piece stainless steel barrel. The slide is relieved, and the barrel is fit so precisely that it’s very difficult to see any light between the end of the slide and the barrel, yet it never touches. This adds more weight to the muzzle, dampening the recoil and muzzle flip, which allows for much faster follow up shots, giving the shooter a distinct advantage, and potentially outperforming bushing-barreled guns with longer barrels.

The Predator II is the same pistol as the 5″ Predator in all respects, but offers the convenience of a 4.25″ Commander length slide that many prefer for concealed carry. All of the features you admire on the full size Predator carry over to the Predator II. The slide and frame are forged while all the remaining parts are fully machined from billet.
